In April, Mohr Capital received approval from the Whiteland Plan Commission for its 153-acre second phase of the industrial park, which is expected to include up to six buildings, as well as possible retail space and a park. Known as Building 9, the $42 million facility is part of the 340-acre first phase of the industrial park.
