I bought my very first trailer and they couldn’t have been more patient and helpful with me. Great product, good price, would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. We had the best experience purchasing our trailer, we got great advice and the team are super friendly. The price of the trailers is crazy for how good they are. Not only the best price of 4 places I called, I was in and out withiin minutes with my brand new 7×5 box Gal Trailer. All registered, hooked up and tested.
The trailer was the size I wanted, , it was available and didn’t have to be ordered in. It appears to be well built and came with extras which were add on’s with other brands I looked at.( eg spare wheel and jockey wheel). And importantly it was competitively priced. They had the trailer we wanted in stock and had all the paperwork for Fully Enclosed Trailer rego etc. ready when we arrived.
The finish on the trailer is very good. The only hassle I have had is the jockey wheel pins for the handle sometimes don’t line up with the holes. The only other suggestion I have is, with the canvas cover option. So i have put removable pins and a rubber strip to stop rattle. I still believe the best trailer around.
They were also considerably a lot cheaper then most other places. Mike was was empathetic and understanding and helped me out quickly. Fast, direct service, and what seems to be a great product so far. Happened to drive past Trailers Direct on the Sunshine Coast, sent online enquiry for quote with details of what I was after. Received prompt reply, accepted quote and able to pick up trailer just over a week later.

Totally positive , trailer is robust, well made and exactly as specified electronic disc brakes on all four wheels a big positive and well made steel mudguards not plastic as with others. Altogether a great package at a competitive price. Very happy with my new trailer.I stopped into the business at Mooloolaba still looking at size and which supplier to go with. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable, and I ended up driving away with a new 7 x 5 trailer about 30 minutes later. Great guys – purchased for our electrical company.
