You could lose all the money in the Accounts that are deposit accounts plus your maximum overdraft line of credit, if any. If you tell us within two Business Days after you learn of a loss or theft, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used a Username, password or other access device without permission. The Bank is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Services. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at time of download and installation. Additionally, you agree that we can charge the fees set forth in the other agreements, disclosures or fee schedules for particular banking products or Accounts (e.g., an overdraft fee), even if the fee results from use of Bill Pay. You agree that all fees we charge in connection with use of Bill Pay can be deducted from any Account that is a deposit account. We reserve the right to add or change fees for Bill Pay after sending notice in accordance with this Agreement and any applicable law.
