I had to follow up via call after pickup the day of and was told they "had no idea" and they'd "follow up" and call me back. After a week of no contact from the centre I sent an email regarding unenrolling my child as I felt his health and safety were not concerning to them and felt as though they were sweeping it all under the rug.
