Mentioned it was her birthday and they upgraded our room and said happy birthday multiple times, which was very sweet. They also sent up free snacks to our room and bath salts for the amazing spa bath. Even upon check-out, they said happy birthday to her again and it felt genuine. The pool area is small but wasn't crowded, which was nice.
